Privacy Policy

Dunesia Holidays (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us or request a booking, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you fill in our booking form or message us on WhatsApp, we may receive your name, phone number, email, travel dates, destination and any details you choose to share. We only collect what is needed to prepare your quote and organise your transfer or tour.

How we use your information

WhatsApp and messaging

Most communication happens through WhatsApp. Messages you send are handled according to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. We keep conversation history only as long as needed to manage your booking and provide support.

Data retention

We keep booking-related information for a reasonable period for accounting and follow-up, then delete it when it is no longer required.
