These terms apply to transfers, private driver services, excursions and tours arranged by Dunesia Holidays. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the points below.

Bookings and quotes

Prices shown on the website are starting prices. The final price is confirmed before your booking, and depends on the route, date, number of passengers, luggage and vehicle type. A booking is confirmed once we agree the details with you, usually on WhatsApp.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate pickup details, flight information and contact numbers. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, late arrival at the pickup point, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our service

We provide professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles. Itineraries can be adjusted on request where reasonable. Tours operate in normal road and weather conditions; safety always comes first and routes may change if conditions require.

Liability

We take reasonable care to deliver a safe, comfortable service. To the extent permitted by applicable Moroccan law, our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
