Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. You can request a change or cancellation by contacting us on WhatsApp as early as possible.

Changes to your booking

Date, time and pickup changes are usually possible free of charge when requested in advance and subject to availability. Just message us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations

Airport transfers and day trips can generally be cancelled at no cost when you let us know well in advance. For multi-day circuits that involve reserved accommodation or third-party services, some costs may already have been committed; we will always explain any applicable charge clearly before you confirm.

No-shows and late changes

If the driver arrives at the agreed time and place and cannot reach you, or for very last-minute cancellations, a charge may apply to cover the driver’s time. We will always be fair and transparent.

How to cancel

Simply send us a WhatsApp message with your booking details and we will confirm the cancellation or change quickly.
